Collect an order
We do not have a showroom.

Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when you expected, please contact trackhtcorder@expansys.com, or alternatively call +45 61 720 840.

Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to cancelhtcorder@expansys.com, or alternatively call +45 61 720 840 please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Returning faulty or damaged goods
If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 14 days, you can return them to eXpansys for repair or replacement.

Before you return your parcel you must contact us to get an RMA number otherwise your parcel will not be accepted and returned back to you at your own expenses.

To return goods to eXpansys - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging.

Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and a description of the fault. Send package to

Please send your returns in by post only - the above address does not have a returns desk facility.

Returning unwanted / not faulty goods
Before you return your parcel you must contact us to get an RMA number otherwise your parcel will not be accepted and returned back to you at your own expenses.

Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
